We had a great time out on the water today with Don Harrison on the 2 Hour Trip (PM) with Lock It Up Charters. The weather was absolutely perfect, with clear skies and calm seas—great conditions for targeting some of the top inshore species in the area. We started the trip by fishing some of the wrecks and reefs near the coast, using a combination of live bait and lures to try and entice some of the snapper onto the line. It didn't take long before the rods started bending, as we started hooking into some nice Gray snapper and Lane snapper. These feisty fish put up a great fight, keeping us on our toes and giving us plenty of fun and excitement. The bite stayed strong throughout the trip, and we managed to land a nice mix of quality snapper. It was great to see Don's skills on display, as he expertly guided us to the best spots and helped us work the fish. Even though we didn't load the boat, the two of us had an absolute blast and left with some delicious fillets to take home. What a great day out on the water with the crew from Lock It Up Charters! Donna Drew and her group had an awesome time fishing with us. We started the day Trolling and Jigging, and quickly hooked into some feisty Yellowtail snapper. The fish were really active and hitting our lures hard. That's when things really picked up, and we started pulling in a nice mix of species, including some good sized Mahi and a tasty Tuna. Everyone was grinning ear to ear as we reeled them in.
